At the time of registration, payment is due in full unless a payment plan is worked out through 317 Main’s registration staff (see Payment Options below). Tuition and fees are to be paid by personal check, money order, cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card).
If paying by check, please put the session start date and teacher’s name on the memo line and leave it at the Front Desk in the yellow payment box. Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 bank fee. Personal checks should be made payable to “317 Main” A credit card is required for any musician who chooses to participate in a 317 Main payment plan.
Payment Options and Payment Plan Fee
Option 1: Pay in full at the time of registration.
Option 2: Students may arrange a 3-installment payment plan. An additional $20 fee to cover administrative costs will be added to payment 1. Credit card information must be kept on file and will be processed if alternate payments are not received when due.
Early Bird tuition rates are not available for students who wish to participate in the 317 Main payment plan.
The three equal payments for are paid according to the following schedule:
Payment 1 – Prior to 9/5, includes $20 admin. fee
Payment 2 – Charged on 9/18/17
Payment 3– Charged on 10/23/17
Payment 1 – Prior to 12/11/17, includes $20 admin. fee
Payment 2 – Charged on 1/8/18
Payment 3– Charged on 2/5/18
Payment 1 – Prior to 4/2, includes $20 admin. fee
Payment 2 – Charged on 4/23/18
Payment 3– Charged on 5/21/18
317 Main strives to make music instruction available to everyone who wants to learn. Through the generosity of community donors and foundation support, we are able to offer a limited number of scholarship funds to qualified applicants. To apply for financial assistance, please complete our 317 Financial Aid Forms and submit it to 317 Business Manager.
