He has written more than 150 songs—including four family music albums—and loves helping children and caregivers discover the magic of singing and playing together. When he’s not teaching, he’s writing songs and stories, making collage, or performing with his bands Magic 8 Ball and Old Eleven.

Emma Undine Wiegand

Emma is a playful, warm early-childhood music educator who teaches Family, Infant, Ready Set Grow, and Little Roots on the Go classes. Certified in First Steps in Music and trained in theatre, she brings storytelling, silliness, and joyful community-building to every session, helping children and caregivers feel connected and excited to make music together. When she’s not teaching, she’s exploring the woods with her pups or curled up with a good book—often near the water at her beloved Willard Beach.

Where Musical Joy Begins
