Founders Hall, Gallery & Private Garden Patio (200 max)

Please note that Founders Hall is typically available for evening rentals on Friday, Saturday, Sunday only. Exceptions may apply.

$250/hr (4 hr minimum) | $150/hr (4 hr. minimum, non-profit rate)

Gallery & Private Garden Patio (50 max)

$150/hr (3 hr minimum) | $125/hr (3 hr minimum, non-profit rate)

Ensemble Room - music rehearsal space (8 max)

$25/hr (1 hr minimum)

Fox & Fiddle Cafe

$125/hr (3 hr minimum) | $85/hr (3 hour minimum, non-profit rate)

Facilities Rental Inquiry Form

  • Fifty percent (50%) of the rental rate is due at time of contract signing. The remainder of the rental rate is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Grand piano tuning: $300

    Live Streaming of event: $50  

    On-site sound engineer to run sound for concert (up to 2 hours of music): $200

    Food and Beverage cleaning fee for Founders Hall: $125 (charged automatically if food/beverage is served at the event)

  • 317 Main does not provide catering services. We give right of first refusal to Black Tie Catering, the company that operates our cafe, Fox & Fiddle. Please contact Black Tie Catering to learn more about available catering options.

  • If an event is canceled by renter within 30 days of event date, 50% of the rental rate will be forfeited. If an event is canceled by renter within 7 days of event date, the full payment will be forfeited.

  • Renter must provide Commercial General Liability coverage for the event with a minimum limit of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate for bodily injury and property damage, naming 317 Main as an "Additional Insured.” Renter shall procure 317 Main with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with required coverage at least 7 days prior to the event.
