Ted DeMille is a singer-songwriter known for his deceptively simple songs in the roots music genres. Drawing from time-tested folk music themes, the ancient tones and tales of bluegrass, and the contemporary narrative of Americana, Ted weaves a captivating spell of words and music delivered with a relaxed confidence. Ted has been in some of Maine’s most well-respected bands including The Good Rockin’ Daddies, North Star, Magic 8 Ball, and Old Eleven. At home on festival stages, farmer’s markets, and concert halls, Ted effortlessly transforms any venue into a living room or a back porch. Ted’s songs have been recorded by local and national musicians and he’s toured all over New England, the Canadian Maritime, and Europe. Mandolin/vocalist Taylor Smith and Bassist Chris Dombrowski will join Ted at 317 for this show.
