Energetic Yoga Flow is a practice that blends mobility, stability, functional movement and creatively sequenced yoga postures with the smooth flowing movements of Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”). This low-impact and slower-paced practice aims to restore and maintain the natural mobility of the joints, to open the body’s energetic pathways to enhance the flow of Qi (life force) and support emotional equilibrium. Open to all levels. Equipment needed: Yoga mat or towel/blanket
