Three days of music from students and ensembles across 317 Main
Welcome to 317 Spring Student Showcase Weekend: a three-day celebration of student music-making across our community music center.
These showcases are designed to be open and encouraging. All 317 Main lesson students are invited to participate, and each showcase also includes featured moments from our teaching artists and 1–2 student ensembles—so the weekend reflects the full range of learning and music-making happening at 317.
Whether you’re a family member, friend, or simply someone who loves seeing a community grow through music, we hope you’ll join us.
Please note: performing students do not need to purchase a ticket for their performance date.
Tickets are $12 for individuals, $6 for ages 2-16, and $35 for a family (up to 6 people). Lap infants are always free.
A note on ticket sales and what they support
Creating opportunities to perform is a big part of the 317 Main experience. We do not add performance fees to our lesson or class structure because not everyone chooses to perform. However, anyone is always able to sign up to participate in Student Showcases. We appreciate your support to cover production and staffing costs, including our sound technicians, Teaching Artists, and administrative staff for each showcase date.
Cost should never be a barrier to great music and community. If cost is a barrier for you or your family, please feel welcome to pay what you'd like for this event, even $0.
Thank you for continuing to create opportunities for learning, performance, and community through music!
