White Mountain Ramblers | Summer Deck Music Series

  • 317 Main Community Music Center 317 Main Street Yarmouth, ME, 04096 United States (map)

Our Summer Deck Music Series features free concerts on our John Williams Front Porch all summer long, along with great food and drinks by Black Tie Catering, who’ll be serving up a casual, summery menu featuring hot dogs, nachos, tacos, pretzels, popsicles, and ice cream sandwiches, plus a rotating selection of seasonal cocktails like Aperol spritzes, margaritas, and more!

Formed in 2024, White Mountain Ramblers (WMR) is an acoustic quartet playing bluegrass and beyond. The band features Nathaniel Haas (upright bass/vocals), Ben Rossetter (mandolin/vocals), Luke Bartol (fiddle), and Robbie Neeb (guitar/vocals). Playing a mix of original, familiar, and traditional music, WMR's unique sound draws from the members’ diverse musical backgrounds. As outdoor enthusiasts who’ve lived in mountain ranges across the U.S., it only made sense to name the band after the Whites, the range that brought them together. Found in venues, bars, and fields across Northern New England, WMR’s hot licks, three part harmonies, and fresh arrangements are guaranteed to get you ramblin’ along!

Robbie Neeb(guitar and vocals) hails from Dover-Foxcroft, with stops in Colorado and North Carolina along the way. A reformed jazz drummer, he spends his days as a music therapist and building houses across the great state of Maine. In his spare time you can find Robbie skiing, sitting on the beach, or on the rail at a concert.

Nathaniel Haas(bass and vocals) comes to us from the distant land of Ohio. A true jack of all trades, he plays every instrument under the sun as well as serving as the band’s tech/recording master. On the rare occasion he's not jamming, you can find him cooking up some delicious food or chasing down a deal on some new used gear!

Luke Bartol(fiddle) grew up in the middle of the woods outside of Augusta, before bouncing around Maine and New Hampshire for the past decade. Playing classical, celtic, and quebecois music before stumbling upon bluegrass, he’s quick to complain when the others want to play a tune in B. When he’s not playing music, you can usually find him rambling in the woods, on foot or bike.

Ben Rossetter(mandolin and vocals) recently rambled his way back east from Wyoming. He quickly partnered with the best blugrass band on the east coast, bringing his sweet licks and bad jokes. If you're able to sperate him from his mandolin, you'll find him skiing, running from his dogs, or cheering on the Hearts of Pine.
