Heather Masse & Jed Wilson
Heather Masse, a beloved local talent turned international star with The Wailin’ Jennys, has graced stages around the world with her stunning voice and heartfelt performances. A regular on A Prairie Home Companion—where she became a favorite of Garrison Keillor—Heather won over national audiences with her rich vocals and effortless blend of folk, jazz, and beyond. She'll be joined by the exceptionally talented pianist and composer Jed Wilson, making for a truly special musical homecoming.

An Evening with Sam James
Samuel James is a musician, journalist and storyteller. As a musician, James has been touring internationally for more than fifteen years, performing in the Black American Folk Tradition. He has released seven albums, scored film soundtracks and museum exhibits. James' award-winning songwriting has been compared to Leonard Cohen's and his guitar virtuosity to that of Jimi Hendrix.

Darrell Scott
Multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Darrell Scott comes to the 317 Main stage after recently touring with Robert Plant and the Zac Brown Band (2 years with each), producing albums for Malcolm Holcombe and Guy Clark and being named “Songwriter of the Year” for both ASCAP and NSAI.

Mother’s Day Sip n’ Shop
This curated fair will have something every mom will love—crafts, candles, beauty products, soaps, seedlings, flowers, jewelry, chocolate, and so much more. Strike a pose at the dedicated Photo Station, listen to Diana Hansen’s (317 Teaching Artist) serenades, and peruse offerings from upwards of twenty artisan vendors. Jawahir Arabic Music Ensemble
Jawahir Arabic Music Ensemble performs classical and popular Arabic and Ottoman music of the 17thto the 21st centuries. The group features Maria Wagner on nay, Duncan Hardy on qanun, Madeleine Hannaon voice and oud, and Dorothy Barker on riqq, darbuka and duff. Jawahir means ‘jewels’ in Arabic and the group endeavors to uncover and share some of the rich variety of musical traditions from the Middle East, both past and present.

Ronnie Malley, a multi-instrumentalist musician, educator, and executive director of of Chicago's Intercultural Music Production, visits 317 for a special workshop and introduction to world music.


The Portland String Quartet
The Portland String Quartet has been a fixture of the Maine chamber music community since its inception in 1969. Now in its 56th season, the PSQ is in a thrilling phase of growth and exploration, and comes to 317 with a program of vocal songs reimagined for strings, highlighting a range of songwriters, from Joni Mitchell to Hildegard von Bingen.

Community Contra Dance
